  1. Voice is scrambled and of a poor quality.

    >> it occurs sometimes when instead of earphones you are using speakerphones, voice comes back to you from them.

  3. What do I need to fill in my account?

    >> You should visit our office in order to sign a contract. Bring your passport with you. Here is an example of a contract.

  4. How can I fill my deposit?

    >> You can pay at TBC bank Mtatsminda branch (Freedom Square, on the opposite side of an old supermarket "Tbilisi") and at "Sakartvelos Banki" office (Freedom Square). Indicate your phone number, last and first names and pay the amount you wish (minimum 10 lari) . During the next 12 hours your phone would be turned on fully. For those who have "Sakartvelos Banki" card or "TBC" Visa credit card with internet banking, it would be much easier, while no personal visit is needed.

  5. I would like to find out how much money is left on my account

    >> dial 800 (Georgian) or 900 (English) and listen to the voice mail message.

  6. Instead of using earphones and a microphone, I would like to use an ordinary telephone set.
